It's Magic

Magical things can happen if you go beyond the standard "rules" when you take a picture.  This is a shot of a fuchsia plant that I captured by moving the camera while taking the picture.  Fun!

Hi Elise! The memory of you is there in the edge of my memory is (always has been) less than great, and I'm sure being in my 70's is not helping now! However, your name does ring a bell, and I'm so happy you connected with me again. I'm following your blog and will be happy to do so. I actually miss the associations formed with a blog; I've done almost none of it for more than a year.

Your impressionistic fuchsia is beautiful.

Looking forward to more.

Hi Elise!

Sorry I'm so slow with my return has been crazy with the holidays, unpacking of boxes in our new home, and a small remodel project - built in bookcases:) I see that you have recently moved. Are you settled in Mpls? We're in Winona, if you ever get down this way.

Beautiful ICM pic! I enjoy that technique and in-camera multiple exposures. The camera provides such a range of creative options, doesn't it?

Happy New Year to you!

Hooray to you. It is going to be fun following your adventures.

Being a native Californian I know I would have trouble with the cold weather but since you have already lived there you shouldn't have much trouble. Incidentally...we are finally getting some rain and it's great.
